"I can tell you right now...that the American people are more engaged in their government than at any time in our history. The American people are holding their members of Congress accountable for what they do and what they don't do."

-Rep. John Boehner
House Minority Leader
Meet the Press/Sept. 20, 2009

People Move Issues.
Relationships Move People.
We Find Those People.

The future of advocacy lies in direct personal communication from stakeholders who are engaged and connected.  Five years from now mass advocacy tools will be a thing of the past.  Elected officials and their staffs are smarter and more over worked than ever before.  They can see right through mass advocacy campaigns and are more annoyed than impressed with volume.  Voters, consumers, and stakeholders are smarter too.  They are better informed and more engaged than any time in history.  Those that truly want to get involved and make a difference are willing to do more than just click to send a generic email to Congress.  They want to comment on Facebook, go to town hall meetings and personally talk to the elected officials they know.

Influencer Identification

The challenge is to find those powerful few who have those relationships, are actively engaged in their community, who possess an understanding of and appreciation for your issues, and offer both willingness and ability to personally engage in the process. That challenge just got a lot easier.  The RAP Index...
